Dr. Lynsey Ralston is originally from Oโ€™Fallon, Missouri. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Rockhurst University and her Doctor of Audiology degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center.

Dr. Ralston has served patients across the lifespanโ€”from pediatrics to adultsโ€”and has also experienced the challenges of hearing loss. Her clinical background includes work in university, pediatric, private practice, ENT and VA settings. She specializes in supporting patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, sound sensitivity disorders and osseointegrated implant devices.

In addition to patient care, Dr. Ralston provides clinical training and instruction for undergraduate and graduate student clinicians from local universities. Guided by her hearing loss experience and evidence-based clinical practice, she is dedicated to helping patients achieve the best possible quality of life. She also volunteers on the Missouri Academy of Audiology Committee and is a member of the KUMC School of Health Professions Alumni Committee.

Dr. Ralstonโ€™s work has been honored with a nomination for Oticonโ€™s  โ€œFocus on the Peopleโ€ award in 2023, a Sertoma International Community Service Grant Recipient in 2017 and a KUMC Outstanding Audiology Student award in 2019.

Dr. Ralston enjoys spending time with her husband and children outside the clinic. She is a big Kansas City Chiefs fan.
